Terms and Conditions

• Once orders are placed, changes can NOT be made. Please ensure you are checking sizing charts, choosing correct colors, designs etc, before placing your order. No add-ons, size change etc. 
• By checking out, you are agreeing to my turnaround time of 14-21 business days. This does not include weekends and/or holidays. Turn around does not include shipping time
• Refunds are only issued if there is an error on my part. Refunds are not granted if you do not follow washing instructions.
• Since all items are made to order, I do not offer exchanges and/or returns. 
  
• If package is lost/stolen via transit, you are responsible with filing claim with USPS or UPS. Once package leaves my possession, I am no longer responsible and/or in control of package. 
• Tie Dye items are all unique. Due to the dye process, all items will have different patterns in them. Not two are identical. 
• If an item is to be returned to me due to wrong address, buyer will be refunded for the item MINUS shipping costs. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
